Heartland Hospice is in need of volunteers all over our city to help us provide companionship for our patients and breaks for our patient's family. Please help us to give our patients friendship and support. Please contact Emmy.Baustian@HCR-ManorCare.com if you feel that you could make a difference in someone's life.
Must be 18 to visit patients. We require background check, urine analysis and 2 step tb testing along with a very informative training to prepare you for being a companion.
