Kindred Hospice has volunteer opportunities available!!
Volunteers are an integral part of our hospice philosophy. Kindred Hospice Patient Support Volunteers are there to hold a hand and listen, read or write a letter, enjoy life review, or provide respite for caregivers. We are seeking caregiver relief volunteers. Caregiver relief volunteers sit with patients while their caregivers run an errand, attend a worship service, or doctor's appointment.
The hours are flexible and the difference you'll make is unimaginable! Volunteers receive training appropriate to their position and interest. Orientation and training are scheduled to fit around your busy lifestyle. There are no restrictions in regard to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, handicap or national origin.
