20 characters to interact with the crowd and sit for photos at our Easterseals booth from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 12:00 pm to 4 pm (Please submit a photo of the costume for approval). 20 - volunteers for activities such as face paint, crazy hair, games. 3 - general information and break providers for activities. 2 - event photographers 10 - setup crew for Friday evening 10/5 from 6 pm-9 pm 10 - tear down crew for Saturday evening from 430 pm to 630 pm
