Faith in Action of Oakland County along with St. John Vianney Shelby Twp.. will jointly assist in a Local Mission project to paint the exterior of a house owned by an elderly and disabled 84 year old lady in Pontiac. We will be looking for good spirited people who will be able to mostly paint the lower level of the house. We have a professional who will be power washing the whole house and painting the high areas.
We are also looking for nearby restaurants who would be able to donate food on a day for the volunteers. We already have Little Caesars Pizza for one day.

Description
Faith in Action of Oakland County is a new non-profit group formed in 2012 and launching in 2014 to match community volunteers with seniors and the homebound who need help with everyday activities. It is a partnership of community faith groups, human service agencies, local businesses and volunteers dedicated to delivering free services to help seniors stay in their homes.
