Many students get to high school with limited guidance of different career paths and little knowledge of their own goals. Junior Achievement volunteers get a chance to educate and inspire students by sharing their own personal experience. In turn, the students are inspired to put in more effort in creating their own goals, and the future workforce will be better prepared.
