Many students leave high school with limited guidance of different career paths and little knowledge of their own goals. Junior Achievement volunteers get a chance to educate and inspire students by teaching provided curriculum and sharing their own personal experience.
In turn, the students are inspired to put in more effort in creating their own goals, and the future workforce will be better prepared. After completing JA Programming last year, 83% of students agreed that the things they learned in JA will help them be successful in life.

JA in a Day events at the High School level include JA Programming and career presentations lead by business volunteers. Junior Achievement provides a training for all volunteers and the materials and lesson plans for those leading JA Programming.
