Many students leave high school with limited guidance of different career paths and little knowledge of their own goals. Junior Achievement volunteers get a chance to educate and inspire students by teaching provided curriculum and sharing their own personal experience. In turn, the students are inspired to put in more effort in creating their own goals, and the future workforce will be better prepared. After completing JA Programming last year, 83% of students agreed that the things they learned in JA will help them be successful in life.

Here are the details on how to get involved:
* Choose which age you would like to work with (2nd - 12th grade)
* Schedule your volunteer time directly with the teacher
* Sessions are usually 5 visits, up to 45 minutes each
* You can team teach with a coworker or a friend
* Lesson plans, materials, and a training are provided by Junior Achievement
* Share your own work experience with students
* You get the chance to leave your office and make a difference in the lives of young people
