We are a private No-Kill Shelter, operating under a 501(c)3 animal rescue. We are a 100% volunteer organization. We are looking for volunteers willing to spend time with our dogs. That's it. Play with them, cuddle with them and get to know their personalities. Sounds like an awesome opportunity to me!

Mission Statement
We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) Animal Rescue and No-Kill Shelter Located in Charlotte N.C. Our passion is saving and rescuing all animals in distress. We cannot stand back and watch any animal be neglected or abused. We know realistically and sadly we can't save them all, but we surely can save one Paw at a time.
Description
The Pistones, led by NASCAR pioneer Tiger Tom Pistone, have always been involved in rescue and animal welfare. In 2015, Crystal Pistone and her nephew, Tommy Pistone III became a registered non-profit and Fredo Helping Paws in Need was formed. In 2016, they received state approval and opened a no-kill shelter. Pets are accepted into the shelter as space becomes available.
