Help us reach new girls with our mission! We need volunteers to help us connect with schools by doing internet research to locate the names, email addresses and phone numbers of schools in our council. Research will be recorded on an excel spreadsheet provided by us. We will take it from there! All you need to do is research and record the contact info!
The best part? You can do this from the comfort of your own home or office! Or if you'd rather, we do have computers available for your use at our Madison Service Center, 2710 Ski Lane (Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.)
Our deadline to have this project completed in mid-July. So you have the flexibility to set your own schedule.
Position requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable to do internet research
- Ability to put info into an Excel spreadsheet
- Time commitment of 5 (or more) hours a week until completed by mid-July
If this sounds like a great fit for you, fill out our short application and let us know when you're available! OR email Tracy at schroedert@gsbadgerland.org to get started!

Mission Statement
Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
Description
Founded in 1912, Girl Scouts of the USA is the preeminent organization for girls with a current membership of 3.6 million girls and adults. Volunteers use their expertise, skills, interests, and life experience to shape fun and enriching leadership experiences for girls, and inspire them to reach their personal best. Volunteers help council staff facilitate the New Girl Scout Leadership Experience to girls through exciting program opportunities: leadership/self-esteem, financial literacy, travel, health/wellness, science, technology, engineering, and math. Volunteers choose from several flexible Pathways (the ways that girls and adults join Girl Scouting) that fit their lifestyles, including short-term or long-term service working either directly or indirectly with girls, and they can participate regionally, nationally, and internationally.
