Be a part of the 5th and Magnolia Art Market. Every 2nd Friday at the Leesburg Center for the Arts, we turn the sidewalk into an Art Market. Come help us make sure the vendors are set up and have what they need. You will be helping the center, the market and the community become exposed to great art!! While you are volunteering you will be able to listen to live bands performing at the Center from 7PM - 9PM.

Details:

Event takes place on the 2nd Friday of each month

Event time is 5pm-9pm

Set-up is 4pm-5pm

Strike is 9pm-10pm

Job Duties:

* Greet Vendors

* Assist with setting up tents vendors rented from the Arts Center (see Vendor Agreement)

* Assist with setting up 8’ tables under the tent

* Watch vendor booth if vendor needs a break at anytime

* Sit at Arts Center Table and answer questions about participating in the Art Show and talk about other Art Center events

* Collect email addresses if they want to receive the Arts Center newsletter

Abilities:

* Ability to assist with set up of 10’ x 10’ tents

* Ability to carry with assistance an 8ft table to the market area from the Arts Center

* Enjoy talking with people and sharing information and answering questions
