During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of both COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
Volunteers are needed to help support home patients and family members through check-in phone calls. Calls are made to hospice patients and/or their caregiver to make sure they are comfortable and have all the supplies they need for the weekend. This opportunity will help homebound patients and their caregivers feel confident going into the weekend.
This is a great opportunity for volunteers who wish to help hospice patients but are not quite ready to make in-person patient visits.
Calls need to made from our friendly office in Ft. Washington, PA. Availability must be between 9am-4pm on Thursdays or between 9am-12noon on Fridays.
