"A" is outgoing and is interested in sports. He is involved in community activities, including volunteering as a junior firefighter. The expectations of "A" will be to demonstrate respect and willingness to engage with a mentor and offer suggestions for activities that match with interests. Goals for the mentor will be to engage "A" in positive activities to increase self worth and to build a connection. He will function as a positive male role model by listening and demonstrating empathy.

Bethany’s heart is for children. Our mission is to demonstrate the love of Christ by bringing children and families together through pregnancy support, foster care, adoption, refugee, counseling and many other services. Strengthening families for the well-being of children is our top priority.
Whether a team member at one of our more than 35 branches around the country or at our corporate headquarters in global, donor engagement, marketing, IT or one of our other departments, the work we do equips families to be the answer for children in need - as Christ intended.
