Are you detail oriented and passionate about finding forever homes for homeless dogs? We are looking for Volunteer Liaison to join our growing Management Team. This role plays a critical part in helping to expedite our volunteer platform which in turn plays a critical role to helping dogs.

VOLUNTEER LIAISON - The role of the Volunteer Liaison is primarily focused on processing incoming volunteers applications, communicating with volunteers to complete volunteer waivers, and provide training/training materials to ensure our adoption events a safe and fun for all. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following types of activities:

-Processing volunteer applications
-Sending welcome letters
-Communicating to obtain volunteer waivers
-Updating our database with new volunteers to ensure they receive volunteer oppurtunities
-Provide training and answering volunteer questions.
-Forwarding the application to the responsible Adoption Coordinator.

The Volunteer Liaison position requires someone with excellent communication and organization skills, good management skills and the ability to enforce policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a passion for for working with people, comfortable working a diverse group of people and take time to become familiar with New Love Animal Rescues mission, goals and programs.

This volunteer role requires approximately 3 +/- hours a week on a weekly basis, can be served virtually. This role is critical to support the daily operations of New Love Animal Rescue. This is a volunteer position on the Management Team. Previous experience required: Software Skills using MS Excel and PDF and willingness to learn New Love Rescue Database. Understanding of Document Storage and Best Practices. Ability to address questions and escalate as needed.

Training/on-boarding will be provided.
