POSITION

The Public Relations Specialist will work with the marketing team to monitor and assess the our communications with community members and donors and digital presence. The Public Relations Specialist will create a responsive and impactful communication strategy. The Public Relations Specialist will collaborate closely with the marketing team and communications coordinator establish and maintain cohesive messaging. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and assessing messaging to community members, donors, and stakeholders
  • Creating content in collaboration with Communications Coordinator
  • Providing viable suggestions and feedback to marketing team
  • Maintaining and developing the NoStigmas voice across multiple platforms
  • Contributing to development and implementation of strategic marketing plan

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (or in completion of) in relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Compelling writer and communicator
  • Strong editing skills
  • Experience implements a successful public relations strategy

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • The ideal candidate will have the adaptability and organization to work with a virtual/local team.
  • The successful candidate will be passionate about contributing to a positive shift in public perspective related to mental health.
