The Boys & Girls Clubs South Pierce County sites and Lakewood Branch are seeking Program Support Volunteers who can speak Spanish.
Summary of position and duties:
- Help children who need an extra academic boost over the summer in math and science.
- Play educational games with club members.
- Assist staff in setting up supplies and program prep work.
- Provide communication support for club members with English as a second language.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Patience working with children.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Minimum of 18 years of age with HS Diploma/GED/Equivalent
- Able to pass a background check and national sex offender registry check
