Interim HealthCare Hospice is looking for kind and caring companions for their patients!
Interim HealthCare is a family owned and operated company, providing care for our patients like we would for our own family. Interim's mission, "We Improve People's Lives", is firmly rooted in its long tradition of helping people maintain their safety, independence, and dignity in an environment of mutual respect and compassion.
We are looking for individuals to help fulfill that mission by providing support and company to patients in the form of companionship. Patients are eager to share their stories and pictures, while also hoping to enjoy the company of a smiling face, listening ear, and a compassionate companion.
Looking for those interested in spending time with patients located in Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Holland, or Muskegon.

"We Improve People's Lives" - Interim HealthCare Hospice provides an individualized program of physical, emotional, spiritual, and practical care for people in the last phases of a life-limiting illness, with an emphasis on control of pain and other symptoms. Utilizing an interdisciplinary group approach of physicians, nurses, social workers, homemakers, hospice aides, volunteers, spiritual counselors, bereavement counselors, and others, Interim HealthCare provides palliative care in the home, nursing facility, assisted living community and short-term inpatient services, mobilization and coordination of ancillary services, and bereavement support.
