In return for 3-4 days a week at the school as a teacher of small classes we provide you with everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible including, but not limited to, the following: - Free Accomodation at our volunteer apartment (Xbox's, movie projector, high-speed internet and music gear all provided)
- A daily food allowance; giving you the choice of eating out or buying food in to cook in our fully kitted out kitchen
- Free travel (bus, train and plane) to and from unique places of interest each week, both local and nationwide. See the panda's, camp in the wild, swim under waterfalls, climb the local famous karst mountains and more!
- Full translating and travel assistance, both during work and travel days
- A hotel allowance to cover living costs while travelling on your days off
- Free Chinese lessons 3 times a week; with options of more if you want!
- Full training to teach English/Music/Art to foreign students

Description
Founded in China over 5 years ago, D&A’s aim is to use education to solve modern day problems in the most practical and imaginative ways possible, through teaching skills based subjects and funding local grassroots projects that have the potential to help communities worldwide.
Having provided language education to over 300 students we are now looking teach in a number of new areas as well, including music, dance, art and drama.
We are also funding local projects in two other areas, recycling and farming, with the aim of creating teams to tackle these problems and provide chances for those less fortunate than ourselves to improve their life.
