EVENT DESCRIPTION:Join us at Flat Top Johnny's on June 28th for a very special social event, as we say a HUGE thank-you to some One Brick team members who are moving on to exciting new adventures. Come out and celebrate with us!
All are welcome at this volunteer social, even if you have not volunteered with One Brick Boston before! We'll have information available about our upcoming volunteer events for anyone who is interested.
We're excited to be hosted by Flat Top Johnny's at Kendall Square for this event. We'll have 2 hours of FREE pool to enjoy!
Come have a drink, enjoy some free pool, and chat with other volunteers and friends. One Brick will also be throwing in some light appetizers as well!
One Brick social events are an awesome opportunity to connect with others in a casual environment as well as learn about upcoming opportunities to fill both your volunteer and social calendars!

WHERE TO MEET:
Flat Top Johnny's is located in the Kendall Square Complex.
MBTA: Red line to Kendall Square stop. Come up to the street level and go through the Marriott Hotel lobby. Take a left onto Broadway and continue walking straight until you cross over a set of railroad tracks. Take your first right onto Hampshire Street and turn right into the Kendall Square Complex and look for Flat Top Johnny's. It is about a 5-10 minute walk from Kendall Station.
Parking is available in the nearby Kendall Square Parking Garage next to the Kendall Square Theater.

Description
Headquartered in San Francisco, California, One Brick is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that brings volunteers together to support other local non-profits by adopting an innovative twist to the volunteer experience: we create a friendly and social atmosphere around volunteering, and after each volunteer event -- which typically lasts only 3 to 4 hours -- we invite volunteers to gather at a local restaurant or caf where they can get to know one another in a relaxed social setting.
Our 'commitment-free volunteering' allows you to choose when you volunteer, rather than having to make commitments for a certain number of volunteer hours, or agree to be available every week at a specific time.
