Volunteer Opportunity: Join Us at I Live Here I Give Here's Board Training Program!
We are excited to announce a wonderful volunteer opportunity that is not just a chance to give back to the community, but also to be a part of a vibrant and dynamic event that fosters connectivity and personal growth.
I Live Here I Give Here is seeking enthusiastic and committed volunteers to assist at our upcoming Board Training Program on November 2, 2023. The success of this event hinges on the smooth functioning of various elements, one of which is the Setup and Registration table - a critical point of contact for all our attendees.
We are seeking 5 volunteers to ensure the attendees have a smooth and delightful experience as they arrive and register for the event. We have divided the requirement into two convenient shifts:
Morning Shift (8:45 AM to 10:00 AM) - We require 3 volunteers to help set up the registration table, greet attendees warmly, and assist with the registration process.
Afternoon Shift (12:30 PM to 1:30 PM) - We are looking for 2 volunteers to manage the registration table, assisting attendees and answering any queries they might have.
- Network with Industry Leaders: This event will be attended by influential community leaders, offering a great networking opportunity.
- Community Engagement: Be a part of a community that actively gives back, helping to foster a culture of generosity and collaboration in Central Texas.
- Experience: Gain experience in event management, enhancing your organizational and communication skills.
- A friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
