Help conduct a community health assessment in Cincinnati during June and July to assess the health status, needs and emergency preparedness of residents of the City.

To conduct the survey, teams of two will go out to specific areas of the City and interview members of selected households. Training and survey materials will be provided.

Please be prepared to walk for 3-4 hours at a time and survey individuals at their front doors. Volunteers will need to dress appropriately, bring food, water and other supplies they may need, be able to complete a 1.5 hour training on their own before the weekend of their shift, and be willing and able to strictly follow instructions to ensure the validity of the survey data collected.

Shifts:
Friday, June 15, 22, 29 and July 13: 2 - 7 PM
Saturday, June 16, 23, 30 and July 14: 9 AM - 2 PM or 2 - 7 PM

Volunteers who arrive at the health department on time, complete training and the data collection process, and return survey materials to the health department by the end of their shift will receive a $50 gift card as a thank-you gift.
