Visiting Hospice Patients in the Muskegon Area
ORGANIZATION: Elara Caring
Please visit the new page to apply.
The value of hospice volunteers is immeasurable!. Volunteers are ordinary people from the community doing extraordinary things!...Creating relationships and providing a feeling of normality at a time when nothing seems normal!
Volunteers often connect with patients and families on a deep, personal level, this allows the hospice care team valuable insight on the level of care needed. Each patient and family is unique, and we treat them as that!
We rely on our volunteers to share their input, and are truly part of the team!
Hospice volunteers often state that they received more than they gave!
