Share your skills with others, lead a basic sewing class made up of 10-12 adult beginners by help with creating household items such as pillows, quilts, etc. for personal and family use and enjoyment. Lincolnia Community Resource Center provides programs to empower low income residents from diverse cultural backgrounds through economic and skills development training.
Commitment: Wednesdays; 1 hour. Flexible between 6:30-8:30pm. 10 consecutive weekly sessions.

Wesley Housing is a nonprofit affordable housing developer operating 29 communities totaling over 2,300 affordable housing units, serving over 25,000 individuals. In addition to housing, Wesley Housing also provides services to its residents through Community Resource Centers which offer afterschool programs for youth, computer training, job skills training, ESL classes, nutrition classes and recreational programs for youth and adults.
