Art Gallery Reception
ORGANIZATION: di Rosa Center for Contemporary Art
Please visit the new page to apply.
Every opening reception event we are lucky to have an amazing team of volunteers, the event would not be such a success without them!
Di Rosa is looking for volunteers to help with our upcoming reception for the second installment of Be Not Still: Living in Uncertain Times, on June 30th. Volunteering at our events only requires a few hours and is a great way to meet the community and see some amazing art work.
We are looking for volunteers to be present by the entrances and exits of our galleries to direct guests, remind guests to not take food or drinks beyond certain points in the galleries, and to direct guests towards our on site shuttle service between galleries.
If you are interested, send us an email at education@dirosaart.org. We will be accepting volunteer applications until June 20th.

Mission Statement
di Rosa is a place that provokes the imagination and creative spirit of our time and place through celebration of the art and artists of Northern California in an extraordinary landscape.
Description
di Rosa Center for Contemporary Art offers visitors refuge to view the art of Northern California in a singularly unique setting. Protected in perpetuity under the Napa County Land Trust, the site features multiple galleries, a sculpture park, and a 35-acre lake, all located on 217 scenic acres in Napa Valley’s famed Carneros region.
Today di Rosa presents contemporary exhibitions by Bay Area-based artists and an array of educational programs for all ages, in addition to maintaining a permanent collection of notable works by artists living or working in the San Francisco Bay Area from the mid-twentieth century to the present day.
Volunteer benefits include opportunities to attend curator and artists presentations, arranged field trips to bay area venues and specialized lectures with behind-the-scenes, fun, social gatherings. Volunteers serve on minimum a twice-a-month basis and have plenty of opportunity to become engaged in greater ways. No experience is required but a healthy sense of curiosity and collaboration is helpful and full training is provided. Spanish speakers and all bi-lingual speakers are encouraged to apply. Our audience is both national and international. For more information, please send all inquiries to hugo@dirosaart.org or call 707-226- 9390 xt. 24
