Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity's mission is to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter for those in our local community. Volunteers are at the heart of our organization and are always greatly appreciated!
Court-related volunteers can choose to work at the ReStore or on a build site. Specific details concerning these opportunities can be found at our website fredhab.org
Prior to volunteering for any of these opportunities, we require every volunteer to attend a one time orientation and register on our volunteer site, VolunteerUp. After VolunteerUp registration is completed, volunteers can view specific dates and times to sign up for an orientation (held on Fridays and Saturdays).
Register on VolunteerUp today at: https://www.volunteerup.com/login.asp?w=i&o=253
Court-related volunteers must bring their court-related documents with them to orientation and be ready to pay a $25.00 processing fee up front for an official community service letter. Upon completion of your hours, our Volunteer Coordinator will provide you with service documentation on Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity letterhead.
