Do you remember the feeling of playing sports as a kid? Learning to work together and building comradery as a team are skills that last a lifetime. But not all kids get the chance to make these kinds of memories. Nearby afterschool programs are working hard to put together sports teams for girls and boys in under-served communities, but they urgently need great coaches. They urgently need you!
Join the Coaching Corps Movement and coach a kid today!
* Coach youth team sports for an 8-10 week season, many sports available!
* A simple 2-6 hour commitment per week, Saturday or Sunday-only programs available too!
* Online Training and placement in a local afterschool program
* Build your resume while making a huge impact on the lives of young people!

PCA’s vision is to build a world where every child benefits from a positive youth sports experience with a coach who inspires them to become the best version of themselves in the game and in life.
We train coaches and partner with youth sports organizations, parents, sports leaders, and communities to make youth sports more positive, equitable, and accessible to all kids regardless of social or economic circumstances.
