Description of Event:
We need a volunteer photographer for our upcoming race. Run-Walk Events is the producer of this event. We are a non-profit corporation for the public benefit. A portion of the proceeds go to Boys and Girls Club of Greater Sacramento and BBMJ Youth Health Sports Camp in Sacramento. All of our board members are volunteers and unpaid.

The event will be held at North Natomas Regional Park in Sacramento on October 20th at 8am. It is a combined 5K/10K. We also planned a Kids Dash on the same day.

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for photographs of the runners as they cross the finish line. Also hope to get one of the start (combined 5K and 10K) for the website. Any candid shots would be great.

Because everyone is going to have a bib, we want the photographs to be tagged with the bib number on a site such as zenfolio. After the race, you will receive a list of email addresses, a bib number and a discount code. We want you to tag the photographs and then send an email to all participants with a link to their photograph.

Once in zenfolio, participants will be able to do two things :
1. Click on a link that allows them to post a lower resolution race photo in Facebook.
**key point** Included on the post will be the name of the event, the date, a link to the registration website and a discount code. This discount code will expire after a month.
2. Purchase any full resolution photos they want at whatever price you want to set.

** I'm not sure if zenfolio can do this. Probably not, but, here you are seeing the leverage a photograph can create for our event since many people learn about events from Facebook!

Before the event, we will send you a test file with a few test runners on it. We expect you to use the test email to generate test emails with a week of your receipt.

In some cases, a single registration will include several runners in it. Thus, we may give you the same email address for several bib numbers/discount code combinations. We are expecting you to generate multiple emails, one for each participant.

*What You Can Expect in Return*
Because this is a our first event, we must keep our costs low. But, we plan to have 3-4 more events in 2019. If you volunteer for the first race, we can commit to the following.
1. We will add your logo to our website for 2018/2019. The logo will point to your website.
2. We will post a thank you on our Facebook page with a link to your website.
3. We expect that you will want to add advertisements to our newsletter. You can provide whatever offer you would like. Knowing that the majority of the participants are from the local area, we are hoping that you will receive business (head shots, prom photos or weddings) through these advertisements.
4. We will allow you to add all participants to your mailing list (you must offer a one-click opt out link to comply with FTC regulations.).
