their integration into the community
Ability to articulate mission, vision, and goals and to provide donors and prospects
accurate information, prompt service and personal attention
Excellent interpersonal and social skills, compassion, and caring
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to provide accurate information, assistance,
and direction quickly
Excellent time management skills
Highly motivated, self?starter with a passion to succeed
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
Excellent follow up and followthrough
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong computer skills: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Internet searching

Performance Responsibilities:

General Administrative Support
Assist in accurately preparing routine correspondence, minutes, reports, and other
written materials.
Assist in coordinating all direct mail efforts including preparation of lists, supervision
of those who stuff envelopes, label, and sort - all in accordance with US Post
Office policies and procedures for non?profit bulk mail.
Maintain confidentiality of records and information at all times.
Perform other related duties as assigned by Director of Development and
Development Coordinators.

Special Events
Assist with all aspects of managing and executing special events as directed by the
Director of Development and Development Coordinators. Including but not limited
to onsite coordination with rental arrangements, direction of vendors, reservations
and registration.

Records and filing
Maintain current and accurate donor records, information, data
systems, and reporting.
Enter and update all databases with appropriate posting and coding of all
contributions, in cash and in kind.
Provide immediate access to donor data, annual campaign, and other fundraising
information.
Prepare accurate tracking reports upon request
Maintain organized and accurate files (electronic and/or paper as appropriate) for
the development department.
Marketing, Branding, and Public Relations
Assist with fundraising media development including, content, design, and layout of
all printed and electronic materials.
Including but not limited to event websites, invitations, programs, flyers, and
development homepage.

Description

Spectrum360 challenges expectations for children, adolescents, and adults across the full spectrum of autism and with behavioral and related disabilities through innovative special education, employment supports, and community-building.

We do not define individuals by their disabilities. Using evidence-based approaches, we push the boundaries of traditional programs and services, helping each person we serve to discover unique talents, develop self-worth, and maximize opportunities for independence, self-direction, citizenship, and community integration.

We provide educational and therapeutic services for students ages 3-21 in our two NJ Board of Education approved schools, Academy360 Lower School and Academy360 Upper School, NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities and Department of Vocational Rehabilitation Services approved habilitation and vocational services in our adult center, Independence360, and education and skill building in our two speciality programs, FilmAcademy360 and CulinaryAcademy360 which are open to the community.
