We are offering a Social Work Internship for Spring Semester 2020. This opportunity will provide intern with a holistic education of hospice, and experience working directly with patients. Intern will have the opportunity to shadow social worker, nurse, and chaplain.
We will work with you to shape your internship experience to meet your course requirements. Opportunities include patient visits in homes and facilities, leading activities in facilities, and participation in various events, including our Memory Care Cafe, Virtual Dementia Tours, and Veteran's Honoring Ceremonies.

Hospice care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance. However, care is provided regardless of ability to pay.
