Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to volunteer during the summer? We are currently look for high school students who are interested in making a difference during the summer. Students can help with special projects, administrative task, community projects, patient visits, and more. If this sounds like something you are interested we would love to have you. At the conclusion of the opportunity students will receive a recommendation and completion of hours letter.
The summer schedule is flexible . A minimum of 4-8 hours a week.

Description
Just as every person is unique, so is every hospice patient. Our care plans are tailored to meet the needs of each patient and family. The Crescent Hospice team includes physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and volunteers.
Hospice services include comprehensive medical care; pain and symptom management; grief/bereavement counseling, emotional and spiritual support; placement of medical equiptment and supplies; and assistance with dailiy living needs.
Hospice provides family-centered care that includes the patient and their loved ones in the decision making process. We have locations throughout South Carolina.
