Warehouse-Kitting Assistant - Become part of the Red Cross mission to provide lifesaving blood to our community. Assist the American Red Cross warehouse kitting staff with pre-packing of supplies and materials that are used to prepare totes in the standardize kitting process. Hands on training provided. Must be able to do repetitive body movements to: bend, stoop, twist, carry, grasp and lift overhead, shift and lift weights up to 35 pounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Sub-divide large quantities of materials into smaller packages
- Organize totes and pack boxes for shipment to blood drives or donor centers
- Stock shelves to ensure adequate supplies are available
- Maintain a clean and neat environment
- Lift and move boxes (should not exceed 35 lbs)
- Other duties as assigned
