Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Ann Arbor is a 5K Fundraising Walk that will takes place each October in Washtenaw County. As the walk grows we are looking for volunteers to help with the planning on an ongoing basis. Join us for this informational meeting to see if an ongoing volunteer opportunity with the American Cancer Society is a right fit for you. Opportunities include, but are not limited to:
- Social Media Manager
- Entertainment Chair(s)
- Community Ambassador(s)
- Day of Volunteer Recruitment Chair
- Children's Activities Coordinator
- Kickoff Table Hosts
- Survivor Engagement (throughout the year)
- Account Chair / Volunteers (Day of)
- Logistics
Two informational meetings are offered at the same place on the same date to accomodate different schedules.
- Meeting #1: 12Noon-1PM
- Meeting #2: 7:00-8:00PM
