The primary purpose of the market manager is to coordinate the weekly vendor scheduling, promote the market via social media, email blasts, etc., coordinate any community partnership programming and ensure that the market will be staffed each week with volunteers to help set up/take down and "man" the TCAA booth. The market manager works directly with the garden committee to sell produce and eggs generated from Clark Park and Escalante Community gardens. The market manager is also responsible for growing the market and adding new vendors.

TCAA provides education, stability, and advocacy to working poor families, children, seniors, and the homeless.
Description
TCAA is Tempe's primary "safety net", providing basic needs and emergency assistance for low income and elderly community members, while encouraging self-reliance. The Community Action Program provides rent / utility assistance, food boxes, career services, cooking on a budget, community garden, homeless prevention, and pre-natal services. The Senior Action Program provides social activities, congregate meals, and home delivered meals.
