Help Provide Hot Meals to Veterans and underpriviledged for "July 4th Celebration"

One-hundred and Twenty-five (125) Volunteers are needed for Wednesday, July 2nd & Thursday, July 3rd from 10am till 4pm to help Prepare hot meals, assemble plates and clean-up in preparation for the distribution of 4,000 meals to be dispensed on and for the "July 4th Celebration."

On the 4th of July we will also need volunteers to help dispense these meals to designated locations within the following areas: Pasadena, Long Beach and Downtown Skid Row. We will also need volunteers on July 4th from 7am till 5pm to help dispense meals and clean-up prep areas.

FEED LA COUNTY, a certified 501(c)3 nonprofit humanitarian charity, founded in 2002 by Pastor James Jacobs, a Vietnam Veteran, provides and distributes food & hot meals by partnering with more than 98 local organizations, helps Veterans with PTSD, locate housing, job placement, education, working computers, hygiene supplies and referrals for mental health and drug treatment services. Recognized by The City of Pasadena, The Pasadena Star News, Pasadena Weekly and featured in the Beverly Press.
