Be the friendly voice who helps! Assist seniors served by the Senior Nutrition Department. You will conduct in-home and phone assessments with seniors who receive home-bound meal delivery services. Volunteer Duties may include Information/Referral Advocacy, Client Needs Assessments, Program Evaluations, Preparing information for Assessments and Completion of related files. Clients are located in Riverside and San Bernardino counties (excluding the desert areas). Program operates Mon - Thurs 9 AM - 4:30 PM and Fri 9 AM - Noon; no weekends.

Since 1953, Family Service Association has served communities in Southern California with a variety of human service programs including: Child Development, Child Abuse Prevention, Trauma Informed Counseling, Senior and Community Centers, Senior Housing, and Senior Nutrition. Family Service is a not-for-profit social service organization dedicated to meeting the changing needs of families and communities in Riverside County and San Bernardino County regardless of income, ethnicity, gender or socio-economic status. We envision a day when Inland Empire communities have strong families without poverty, hunger or health disparities.
