Read with kids at our Vista StoryTent on Saturday, located in the Vista Heights farmers market! Kids read to volunteers and volunteers give kids Book Bucks for each book. Volunteers also act as cashier for kids purchasing prizes using their Book Bucks. Volunteers give kids 1 Book Buck for signing in and 2 Book Bucks for signing out of the StoryTent.
Jose is our StoryTent Captain for this location and he will see you there!

Description
We are looking for volunteers to read with kids at our StoryTents, located throughout San Diego County. Kids earn Book Bucks for reading with volunteers, which they can redeem for prizes! We need volunteers for Imperial Beach, National City, El Cajon, Santee, and City Heights. Each shift lasts 2-3 hours and each program runs weekly. We ask volunteers to commit a minimum of 2 hours per month. Small stipend available for StoryTent Captains, who run the StoryTents each week.
