If you want to serve your community and you have a compassionate heart especially for those experiencing their last days, then CHI Franciscan Hospice and Palliative Care has a meaningful volunteer experience for you.
Franciscan Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking volunteers to serve on the front-desk reception team at Hospice House, the only inpatient hospice facility in the South Sound. This administrative team will greet and direct visitors, answer phones and provide administrative support to hospice staff. Work with dedicated, enthusiastic, compassionate, appreciative staff. 4 or 8 hour shifts available. Training provided.

Franciscan Hospice exists in the hope and belief that through appropriate care, and promotion of a caring community sensitive to their needs, patients and their families may be free to attain a degree of mental and spiritual preparation for death that is satisfactory to them.
