Volunteer Families needed ASAP in Springville Utah, Spanish Fork Utah, Salem Utah and Price Utah.
Become an important part of the life of a teen by hosting an international student. Open your heart and home to a high school teen who will be attending school in your community. Host families can be married or single adults, with or without children and must be 25 years of age and able to pass a background check. They provide a place for students to sleep and eat and an experience to live in a real american family while they attend school. Host families share their culture while learning about the students culture. Our students are fully insured and have spending money. They are anxious to have an american family that they can share with for the rest of their lives.

Mission Statement

Aspect foundation was established in 1985 to pioneer a variety of opportunities to bridge cultures, build international bonds of friendship and understanding, and to offer culturally enriching and mutually rewarding experiences. Aspect Foundation strives for excellence through committed and comprehensive support to all participants.

Description

We are a non-profit international organization dedicated to fostering world understanding through student exchange and education. Our exchange students are a valuable resource in history, geography, and foreign language classes. They bring with them impressions and ideas about the United States that enliven discussions and help us to view ourselves with a new perspective and understanding. We are committed to work with educators to promote international friendships for generations. We are pleased to comply with federal regulations and CSIET standards, because they exist for the safety of our students. We have students ranging in age from 15-18 from over 30 countries in our program, attending and academic year or semesters at local high schools. They are evaluated for English proficiency, are fully insured, provide their own spending money and attend pre-departure and post arrival orientations. We have local representatives or coordinators trained and supported by regional managers and headquarter staff, that support and assist our students and their families. Host families are screened, interviewed and matched with students with similar interests. Host families and students are given 24 hour support should emergencies or problems arise.
