The HALO Cafe serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day of the year to anyone who is hungry. We typically have cold breakfast, but do prepare a full, hot breakfast twice a week. For lunch, we usually have single serve meals, soup and sandwich, or other common donations. Dinner is always something hot and fresh prepared by our on-staff cook.
Volunteers are expected to prepare the meals, serve them, interact with the guests, and clean up afterwards.

Mission Statement
The mission of HALO is to provide safe shelter and sustenance to the homeless, hungry, and hurting; while giving our guests the tools to become all that God created them to be. Through our multitude of services and with God's provisions, we will break the cycle of homelessness in our community.
Description
HALO is a Christ-centered organization consisting of two emergency shelter, one for men and another for women and mothers with children; a free cafe that serves 3 meals a day; a Resource and Respite Center for our guests to utilize for classes, shelter, or other resources during the day; a Youth-at-Risk program for those between 0 and 25 years old; a long term, life change program; a thrift store; and other ministries.
