Committed and compassionate volunteers are the heart and soul of the American Red Cross Iowa Region. As a volunteer, you play a vital role in fulfilling the Red Cross mission to strengthen our communities. RSVP Volunteers will serve the American Red Cross at Blood Drives in one of two ways: Registration or Canteen. Registration volunteers greet donors and have them complete the appropriate paperwork. Canteen volunteers provide snacks for donors after giving blood. Blood drive supervisors are available to answer donor questions or help a donor who feels poorly.
