Would you like to be a part of the longest running holiday themed race but can't actually attend the event? You can help by becoming a virtual volunteer!
We need 2 volunteers to send out email request letters to companies in the Sarasota/Bradenton area to request donations for our Silent Auction.
You'll need to keep a spread sheet log ,which I'll send to you, of who you sent the emails to and the date sent. Then 2 weeks after you send the emails you'll need to make a follow up call to these companies.
You need to be located in the Sarasota/Bradenton area as you will need to pick up some of the items. Once you have the items you'll arrange with Rebecca Payne, Development Director to deliver the items.
You will need to be available to call into our monthly committee meetings which are typically on a Tuesday night to give an update on where we are with the silent auction and ask for help in picking up items if needed.
