To keep our new mommies and babies safe - we have special units that are not readily accessible to visitors. We want our approved visitors to know they are a valuable part of this new baby's and mother's life. Your kind smile, great phone skills and direction/escorting into the area will provide a warm welcome to all who come. Families need guidance to food, gift shop and other services in the hospital. Having a guide and friend in this space is very valuable to patients, families, and guests. There may be other clerical services needed as well for this department.

Description
The Mission of the Volunteer Services Department is to develop and maintain an efficient and humanistic volunteer staff which offers an extra dimension of care and service to patients, understanding and empathy for families and visitors, and supportive services for the hospital's staff.
The goal of Volunteer Services is to support the hospital by providing exceptional Guest Relations. We strive to have volunteers serve as a significant link between the hospital and the community so that we are ever mindful of the needs within our community.
