Are you good with fact finding and research and can help NAMI Los Angeles County with a small project?

We have an immediate need in our Advocacy Team for someone to help us determine what advocacy meetings and events are coming up in our community that can give our passionate members, volunteers, and community partners an opportunity to have their concerns heard and addressed by politicians and others entities making public mental health decisions that affect us and our loved ones.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is the nation's largest volunteer-led grassroots organizations helping individuals affected by mental illness. At NAMI San Fernando Valley, we are proud to offer free support groups, educational programs, and outreach presentations to individuals and families affected by mental illness. We tirelessly fight stigma through our advocacy and outreach efforts to spread awareness in our communities. We want to make the world a better place for those with mental illnesses.
