ORGANIZATION: Fresno County Public Library - Central Library

Give the gift of life long learning in the library volunteer to help with the summer lunch program activity. If you are 15 years or older and are available June 11 - Aug. 3 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday 11:30am - 1:30pm, volunteers will help with set up, clean up, monitoring and the summer lunch activity. Volunteers working one shift a week is preferred. Two volunteers each weekday shift. The summer lunch program provides a free lunch to youth 1-18 years old. Volunteers develop communication, customer service and team player skills. Gain experience working with children, adults and diverse personalities. Increased knowledge of library resources occurs.
