Volunteers that seek to build relationships with healthcare professionals in Brevard County, educating them about Alzheimer's disease and the Chapters programs, services and increasing referrals of persons with Alzheimer's disease and their caregivers to the Alzheimer's Association. The goal is to ensure that the Central & North Florida Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association becomes a vital resource and link to patients with Alzheimer's disease and their caregivers.
