Heart to Heart Hospice is looking for friendly, compassionate volunteers to serve in Westland and surrounding areas. We will work with your schedule! Volunteers provide patients and their families with valuable one on one time. Won't you consider being the difference?
Volunteers can:
- provide companionship
- read with/to patients
- watch television or movies
- converse over old photos
- tell stories
- listen to music
- play cards
- simply hold a hand
- or even sit quietly with the patient while they rest

Description
Our Southgate office is looking for volunteers both in the clerical/administrative and patient visit capacities. We have a growing office with a very friendly staff and are seeking those who wish to give of themselves but are prepared to recieve far more than they give. Patient visits are completed in homes, nursing facilities, and adult foster care. We are very flexible and will work around your availability.
