The mission of Broward, SCORE is to help entrepreneurs and small business men and women start, develop, and grow businesses in Broward County. We have been doing this successfully for over 52 years. We provide education on a variety of business topics including marketing, finance and accounting, management, and others. We conduct workshops on Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 6:00 - 8:30 pm.
Our Workshop On-site Managers greet the attendees, sign them in, handout material and enter them into our data base. You are there to help the make everything run smoothly. You are also able to learn from sitting in on the presentation, gaining valuable business knowledge from experienced speakers.
We will train you on everything you need to know. It's a great way of meeting and networking with local business people.

Founded in 1964, Broward SCORE is an active non-profit organization of over 70 volunteer mentors, workshop presenters, and business support advisers. We operate diverse programs of business support services provided at no cost or low cost to start-ups, existing businesses, and those who are thinking of going into business. Our volunteer mentors get a great deal of satisfaction and reward for helping to grow our local business community, and give back by helping others succeed.
