We are excited to announce that our Annual Community Day & Health Fair will be held Saturday, August 10th from 11am-2pm, and we need your help, to help us celebrate and promote good health in our community. This event will be free and open to the public. We need volunteers to assist with setting up the tables, chairs, passing out food, waters and backpacks. We also need face painters!!
Last year over 250 individuals, families, patients, community stakeholders, and elected officials were in attendance, and we look forward to making this year's event another huge success! There are volunteer shifts available between 10am-3pm.

Description
At United Health Centers, we see patients regardless of whether they have health insurance. We offer a sliding fee scale for those without insurance, based on household income & family size. Our centers accept all Medicaid patients. Assistance is provided to apply for Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act. We also accept same day appointments: schedule by phone by calling 336-955-1379.
