Tasks of Volunteer Coordinator include:
- Collaborate with and assist all members of Hire MI Vet Team to determine volunteer needs
- Work with Logistics Coordinator to plan where volunteers will work
- Work with Employer Workshop Leader to determine volunteer staffing
- Provide registration table volunteers for all events.
- Work with Marketing Coordinator to determine marketing volunteer needs

Description
Hire MI Vet is a community initiative that coordinates and hosts hiring events and other events to open the doors to meaningful employment. The initiative is a strategic, yet very straightforward approach to helping the men and women who have served our country in the military find employment through a range of employment-related services. We offer a mentorship program, networking programs, and an annual hiring event.
To fulfill President Lincoln’s promise "To care for him who shall have borne the battle, and for his widow, and his orphan, by serving and honoring the men and women who are American’s veterans."
