Leaders

We are in need of 2 lawyers familiar with US nonprofit law to review and advise on contracts with partners for our membership program, review our membership agreements and program communications from a legal standpoint.

Destiny Institute International is a U.S. nonprofit that gives charity support to East Africa and has services here in the U.S. Our mission is serving and advocating for the most vulnerable populations around the world, equipping them to thrive.

We are currently expanding our US programs through building a Women’s Empowerment program to help women achieve their personal and career development goals. We are promoting gender and racial diversity in the workplace. Our goal is to help underprivileged women succeed and overcome barriers to economic and personal independence.

Familiarity with international nonprofit law a bonus, but not required.

Mission Statement

Destiny Institute's mission is serving and advocating for our most vulnerable populations around the world, equipping them to thrive.

Description

Destiny Institute International (DII) is a global NGO that help
communities thrive. We inspire hope around the world through community
outreach in poor and vulnerable communities in the U.S. and abroad.

DII believes the greatest threats to one’s destiny include poverty, abuse, and discrimination. While these are real threats, success and discovery of purpose is still possible with the right tools. So we:

  1. Reduce the threats of poverty, abuse, and discrimination through
educational support, community development, and human rights
    advocacy.
  2. Provide charity support to those who are already suffering from poverty, abuse, and discrimination.
