ORGANIZATION: Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity ReStore

Everyone has a helpful smile! Stocking and organizing volunteers take donated product to the sales floor, where they sort and organize products. Due to the nature of ReStore's reliance on donations, our store is extremely unique and benefits immensely from our volunteers knowledge of the inventory! This position offers FLEXIBLE scheduling.

Requirements/Skills:

• Detail oriented
• Able to work independently
• Listens well
• Desire to volunteer long-term with Cedar Valley ReStore
• Background in home repair helpful, but NOT required

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Interacts with customers regularly and ensure reliable customer service
• Takes processed donations to the sales floor
• Organizes product on the sales floor
• Occasionally cleans products to improve salability
• Has a working knowledge of ReStore, ReStore's mission, and our connection to Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity

Cedar Valley ReStore is a major funding source for Habitat for Humanity, a faith-based mission to serve people in need of affordable, decent housing.
